Description:
Glasgow is a 2019 model Chilean Criollo x Hackney gelding. Standing at 17hh, Glasgow has the size and power of a draft cross while having the feel of a light riding horse. He has been used on a large cow-calf operation in eastern Montana and also spent three years under the guidance of the MacDonald Performance Training team, based in Bozeman Montana and specializing in reined-cow horses. He is ready for his next riding partner and is set up to tackle any discipline or job. He has a willing disposition and does whatever makes his rider happy. He is glad to work and willing to go all day but also loves nothing more than a good grooming session and to spend time with his people. He handles different riders well and adjusts himself to fit the skillset and demands of whoever is on his back. Ride him in a snaffle, correction, or bridle bit, he goes just as well in all. He is the kind of horse that can take a lazy stroll down the dirt road or that we would grab to go doctor in the pasture or work colts in the arena. Additionally, he has been jumped, done some dressage, and packed. This guy is up for and can handle it all. He is eye-catching and almost everyone always remarks on what a cool horse he is.
