Description:
The Diamond Cross in Birney, MT is looking to hire a full time farm employee. The ranch is about an hour from Sheridan, WY and encompasses 125000 acres and has 1100 irrigated acres.



We run modern equipment and have nice housing and facilities.



Benefits include: employer paid health insurance for the family (one of the best you can get), 401k w/3% match after a 1 year of employment, ranch vehicle, & beef. Full time employees provide their own telephone and internet.



Small families are welcome and encouraged to apply. Housing is a 2 bedroom modular and the town of Birney has a nice k-8 school with a great teacher. This is not a couples position but there could be opportunities for day work for spouses to clean, assist with cooking, haying, etc.



This is a good place to work with a fun team. Pay starts at $2400/mos but could be higher based on experience.



Experience is nice but not a deal breaker if you have a strong work ethic, aren’t hard on equipment, and are a self starter. An in person interview will be required.
