Description:
West Creek Ranch is an invitation-only destination for local and national nonprofits. Our staff provides a unique, inspiring experience through outdoor recreation, culinary adventures, and exceptional hospitality. West Creek Ranch is a 6,600-acre working ranch in Emigrant, Montana, bordered by the Yellowstone River and Gallatin National Forest.



Wranglers lead a range of guest activities, including horseback riding, fly-fishing, archery, and shooting sports. Trail rides are primarily walk-only and focus on safety, instruction, and creating purposeful guest experiences.



Candidates should demonstrate strong horsemanship skills and prior customer service experience. Wranglers must be comfortable working in a team environment, engaging with guests, and operating in varying weather conditions. Adult First Aid and CPR certification is required.



Additional skills, such as basic veterinary care, towing trailers, operating ranch equipment, and outdoor recreation instruction, are preferred.



Wranglers are responsible for horse care and herd management, including feeding, training, administering basic medical care, and transporting horses. They also assist with ranch maintenance, facility upkeep, and equipment care.



This role includes airport transportation duties, early morning schedules, and rotating weekend chores. Wranglers may also support off-site activities and assist with additional guest programming as needed.
