Description:
Seeking full time experienced ranch manager or caretaker couple to oversee day to day operations of a very large and remote ranch property in West Texas. Primary use of ranch is for hunting and entertainment, there is currently no livestock on site.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

Filling and maintaining corn feeders, filling protein stations, processing game, water wells and water systems, equipment operation and maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, housekeeping and general grounds maintenance.

The ability to work and perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner while exposed to extreme weather conditions is a must. Candidates must possess a “ can do, think outside the box” attitude. Only candidates that are self motivated, proficient in time management and safety conscious need apply.

Housing and vehicles for ranch use are provided. Compensation is based on experience. No heavy drinkers or drug users need apply.

All candidates applying will be subject to criminal background check.
