Description:
Currently looking to move for a ranch hand job involved in pasture/grazing management utilizing low stress cattle movement on horseback. I am passionate about regenerative/sustainable grazing styles and would like to work somewhere with a similar management style, though I am looking for experience more than anything right now. I graduated from the University of Tennessee Herbert College of Agriculture in May of 2025.



Some things I would want to learn: fencing, irrigation, sorting/doctoring cattle, branding, roping, calving, vaccinating, haying, pasture management, welding, machine maintenance, and improve my horsemanship skills.



I have worked at a local cow dairy farm since June 3, 2025 and a sheep dairy/organic produce farm since July 28, 2025. I currently work 6 days a week. I am used to early mornings, late nights, long days, getting dirty, and working outside in harsh weather. I understand the hard work of ranching and want to do this as my lifelong career.
