Wanted - Assistant Barn Manager/Colt Starter to join our team!

Work will include assisting in starting colts, saddling horses, and managing the barn - including cleaning stalls, keeping barn clean and tidy, feed/watering horses, grooming and care of horses and livestock, fixing fence, and other job duties or general ranch work as assigned, etc. Riding, starting colts, driving tractor and general hard work experience is a plus!

**Individual must be responsible, self-motivated, and a self starter and have a keen eye for detail**

We specialize in training Reined Cow Horses, Ranch Versatility horses, rope horses and starting colts

Some travel to horse shows may be involved and possible show opportunities will depend on individual.

Must work well with a team and independently.

Compensation dependent on experience

Housing for single person only (no dogs), provided, or housing allowance.

This position is for a responsible person, please do not apply if you are unreliable. We work long hours 6 -7 days a week, in all weather
