Description:
**Hiring: Permanent Herd Boss – Immediate Opening**



We are seeking a reliable and experienced Herd Boss to join our team permanently. This is a hands-on role that involves working outdoors with livestock and using various power tools. Please note, this is not a training position.



**Key Responsibilities:**



- Oversee the daily management of livestock

- Ensure animal welfare and health through effective husbandry practices

- Utilize power tools safely and efficiently for maintenance and repairs

- Work independently while being a dependable team player

- Manage one or more goat herds on electric net fencing



**Requirements:**



- Proven experience in animal husbandry and livestock management

- Proficiency with power tools (chainsaw, trimmer, drills, etc.)

- Ability to work alone and handle physical tasks

- Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and safety

- Honest and trustworthy character



**Job Details:**



- Permanent position with long-term stability

- Outdoor, physically demanding work environment
