Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual or couple to help manage and maintain our working ranch. No prior ranch experience is required—we provide full training along with a paid training allowance. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent potential for growth for the right candidate.



Responsibilities



Care for and manage horses and cattle



Perform general ranch maintenance and property upkeep



Operate ranch equipment and vehicles



Assist with feeding livestock, fencing repairs, and daily ranch operations



Qualifications



Willingness to learn and take responsibility



Valid driver’s license



Strong work ethic and positive attitude



Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy



Compensation & Benefits



Starting salary: $66,000 per year ($5,500 per month)



Paid training allowance



Housing provided
