Description:
KR Montana Nice Bay, Montana has that Northern big ranch horse feel. He’s been used roping cattle on the outside, gathering, sorting pairs and loading out trucks. Montana knows what a days work is and has been in some big country. At only 5 years old he’s got his whole life ahead of him but enough experience to be solid and seasoned. We have really enjoyed having him in our program where we desensitized him to tarps, sorting flag, started roping the dummy and riding through town and around traffic. Montana would really excel in the roping pen, use him on the ranch, enjoy the trail rides, or take him to some versatile shows. He has that big brown kind eye that wants to please and is willing to learn. In the arena he lopes around picking up both leads, side passes and pivots around himself. Montana opens and closes gates, crosses water, bridges and downfall. This is a fancy young gelding that you will really enjoy to have. He’s been a complete gentleman to be around.
