About the Position

Hands-on diesel and farm mechanic position based in a modern shop on a family-owned cattle

and alfalfa ranch. This role offers diverse, meaningful work in a high-quality rural lifestyle

setting with long-term stability and opportunity for advancement into expanded mechanical or

operational leadership responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities

● Repair; maintain tractors, hay equipment, trucks, trailers, hydraulics, and electrical

systems

● Welding; fabrication

● Preventative maintenance; shop organization

● Ensure all equipment is ranch-ready at all times



Qualifications

● Ranch mechanical experience

● Own tools; valid driver’s license

● Strong communication skills

● Diesel Tech degree
