Description:
Established and successful Equine Facilitated Mental Health program looking for skilled horse person to manage our 10 horse herd, perform ranch management duties on small acreage Ranch in Central Oregon. Interact with our therapists & horses in the ground based therapy sessions and integrative retreats for Veterans and trauma survivors. Unique position on small Therapeutic Wellness Ranch for a woman with Natural horsemanship type relational horse experience to join our all women staff on the ranch. Also open to psychology or counseling interns or graduates from horse programs. We will teach the therapy portion of the job for the right fit and experienced horse person. Background check required.
