Looking for a young ranch couple who are looking to make ranching their future. This person would be a crew leader/assistant manager. This is not just a

COWBOY JOB. Individual must have the following skills: be able to manage employees, have good organizational skills, have life time knowledge of ranching or college degree in related field, be a good horseman, be a good stockman, have mechanical skills, have a desire to do things at the highest level, be highly motivated. This job would include the following jobs: all areas of cattle work from calving to weaning. Starting colts both halter breaking and riding. Irrigation (flood and pivot), haying, fencing, mechanical repairs on equipment and facilities. Record keeping and planning so would need cumputer skills. This is an ideal position for a young couple just getting started or just out of college. We are willing to train and provide the experience. We want to invest in the future and have someone come in and become a long-term part of the ranch.
