He earned his name because he always has to have his nose in everything. Pinocchio is incredibly personable and truly wants to be part of the conversation, whether you’re in the barn, the pasture, or tacking up. He craves nearly as much attention as the family dog and will even sit and lay down like one. He’s always careful and steady on the trail, yet broke and versatile enough to step into the arena and go to work. Pinocchio has the mind of a horse twice his age and is very receptive to what’s asked of him. In the arena, he’s a blast to ride, with a deep stop off your seat, a correct and fun turnaround, and the ability to move off your leg with ease. He’s been tracking the roping sled and shows all the potential to step up as a rope horse prospect, but he’s just as comfortable loping circles, stretching into a long trot, or carrying himself softly in English tack.
