My family and I are looking for a long-term opportunity, preferably in northeastern New Mexico. My background includes cow/calf and yearling operations, gathering, sorting, branding, doctoring, processing, shipping, fencing, water system maintenance, and overall ranch upkeep. I am confident outside on a rope, capable of long days horseback, and experienced in starting and finishing saddle horses. I have managed daily ranch operations and understand the responsibility that comes with keeping cattle, horses, and facilities running efficiently. In addition to cowboy work, I have extensive experience as a hunting guide and camp manager. I have packed mules, managed backcountry camps, guided hunters in rugged terrain, navigated with GPS and topographic maps, and ensured proper game care and client safety. I am comfortable stepping into leadership roles and representing an operation professionally. I am dependable, physically capable, and ready to start immediately. I take pride in working hard, handling stock correctly, and being someone an employer can rely on every day. My wife, Katie, is experienced with cattle and highly knowledgeable in horsemanship and ranch operations. She is willing and able to help wherever needed — whether that means working cattle, helping with horses, cooking for the crew, cleaning, or taking on any responsibilities asked of her. Our children are raised around livestock and ranch life and are accustomed to the lifestyle and pace of work that comes with it. We are hoping to remain in northeastern New Mexico and are looking for a stable operation where we can settle in, contribute fully, and grow long-term.
