I’m looking for a live-in position on a ranch or equine program where I can contribute strong horsemanship, day-to-day operational leadership, and a solid work ethic. I will be bringing my personal horses and dogs, all well mannered and managed. I am single, no kids, non-smoker, non-drinker.



Horsemanship & Ranch Skills:



✔️ Confident riding outside and in the arena — condition rides, tune-ups, lead trail rides, and putting miles on horses

✔️ Feed schedules, vaccinations, first aid

✔️ Catching, turning out, doctoring, blanketing, feeding, and night checks

✔️ Leading and managing safe, enjoyable guest or group trail rides

✔️ Tack care, barn organization, and maintaining a smooth daily routine

✔️ Experienced in haulting gooseneck and bumper pull, running skidsteer, and other utv’s

✔️ Experienced working independently and getting the job done without supervision

Along with my hands-on horse experience, I bring a construction project management background, which means your operation benefits from:



• Structured schedules and efficient daily flow

• Coordinating farrier, vet, and feed programs

• Inventory and supply management

• Clear communication with owners, guests, and staff

I understand the reality of ranch life — early mornings, long days, changing weather, and doing what needs to be done for the horses.



What I’m Looking For:



• Live-in housing

• Room for my horses

• Dog-friendly environment

• A respectful, long-term fit where hard work is valued



I am currently based in Idaho but am willing to relocate country wide if assistance is available.



I am open to a full time paid position, part time unpaid if the hours allow me time to work remotely in project management, or other situations that are mutually beneficial.



If you need someone who can ride, manage, keep a barn running, take care of horses properly, and represent your outfit well with clients or guests, I’d like to talk.
