These will be at East Texas Livestock in Crockett, TX on Tuesday, March 3.

These cows were put together in early 2025. We raised one calf crop out of them and bred them back to our bulls with the intention of keeping them. 2025 was the driest year for us since the early 1950s. We are selling them against our will, to protect range conditions.

-Bred cows will calve in September and October.

-Pairs are exposed, 11 are confirmed bred.

-Most will be solid mouths with some young and some broke mouth.

-Bull calves have all been castrated.

-All calves have had at least 1 round of 7-way and Nasalgen.

-The cows stay behind a single-strand electric fence.

-We move them every three days on average so they come to a call really well and are very gentle. They also handle well horseback.

-They are bred to 1/2 Red Angus, 1/2 Mashona bulls for heat tolerance and parasite resistance. We would like to buy back all the heifer calves we can out of them next year.

-The cows are coming from Nixon, TX. Selling at East Texas Livestock, Crockett, TX, on Tuesday, March 3.
