This is a single-person position combining ranch management, groundskeeping, and maintenance leadership, intended for someone looking to establish a stable, multi-year professional home rather than a short-term or seasonal placement. The role will begin with a part-time training period and transition into full-time following approximately one season of overlap with the current ranch manager. This deliberate transition is designed for continuity, long-term stewardship, and relationship-based management of the property. Role Overview The Ranch Manager serves as the primary on-site steward of the property and is entrusted with its daily care, functionality, and presentation over time. Success in this role requires consistency, reliability, and an interest in building deep familiarity with the property rather than rotating through positions. Schedule and Availability This is a full-time, year-round position with 24/7 on-call responsibility. While the average workload is approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, the role requires flexibility and availability that is best suited to someone seeking long-term integration rather than fixed-hour employment.
