Description:
Sunset Land and Cattle in Potter Nebraska is looking for someone to join our animal health team. Our main job is riding pens and checking health on cattle. We feed everything from high risk calves to finish cattle so spotting sick cattle is a must. We pull our sick cattle and doctor them but will have some outside cattle turned out so being able to rope is a plus. We do our own doctoring and processing. We also help out with pen maintenance and keeping water tanks clean. So someone who can run equipment and weld would also be helpful. Experience in the feedlot would be ideal but willing to train the right individual. We will feed and shoe up to 3 head of horses. Housing available on site.
