About the Position:



Hands-on diesel and farm mechanic position based in a modern shop on a family-owned cattle and alfalfa ranch. This role offers diverse, meaningful work in a high-quality, rural lifestyle setting, with long-term stability and the opportunity to advance into expanded mechanical or operational leadership responsibilities.



Primary Responsibilities

• Repair & maintain tractors, hay equipment, trucks, trailers, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Welding & fabrication

• Preventative maintenance & shop organization

• Ensure all equipment is always ranch-ready



Qualifications

• Ranch mechanical experience

• Own tools & valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills

• Diesel Tech degree
