Bar Cross Ranch – Experienced Seasonal Ranch Team



Must possess knowledge of a working ranch with stockmanship, horsemanship, and land stewardship as a base. Bar Cross Ranch is seeking teamed partners to bring your knowledge, share your experience, and help build a positive relationship among the ranch team working as part of a progressive cow-calf and yearling operation.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of ranching and farming

• Experience in the field, but also capable of working with computer & equipment technology

• 3 - 5 Years experience with cattle; Range Calving, Low Stress Handling, Roping, Branding, and outside doctoring

• Ranch fence building and maintenance

• Farming & equipment operation; Tractors, Feeders, Skid Steer, and Flood Irrigation

• Regular on-site schedule plus extended periods; nights, weekends, holidays

• Requires physically demanding activities, carrying up to 100 pounds while in extreme weather conditions and remote areas

• Driver’s License
