Description:
Family-owned and operated Farming and Ranching operation. Diversified, and vertically integrated located in Lingle, Wyoming seeking long term employment arrangement with motivated team player. This position is at the headquarters. We have a full crew of 7 between our farms and Ranch. Duties include care of 1600-2000 yearlings in the summer, 4-500 cows year-round, calve heifers every spring, 100 miles of fence maintenance, 30 plus water systems. Other duties include light mechanical work, building and facility maintenance. Pen riding in the fall at our background yard 5 miles away, some haying in the summer. As well as working to harvest crops when needed at our farm locations. This is a ranch job, not a cowboy job. We would love the opportunity to hire a large family. Highly competitive salary with profit sharing, housing (5 bedroom, 3-year old stick built house) with utilities, and meat. References required.
