Description:
Mystic saddle ranch is looking for a stable couple for potential long-term, year-round management position. Previous outfitting and manager experience required. Couples preferred but willing to accept single applications.



These year-round positions would include guiding trail rides and pack trips, packing for hunting camps and managing a corral in Stanley, ID during the summer and fall season (June – October). During the winter season (November- May), the company then moves to Cave Creek, Arizona. Position would include guiding trail rides and corral management during the winter season.



MSR provides housing in both locations, annual raises, PTO and benefits. Positions include possibility for outside horses. Unable to house families with children at this time.



Duties include but are not limited to:

Daily management of corral facility- Organizing trail rides

Care and maintenance of herd

Making reservations and checking in guests

When applicable: Guiding trail rides, leading pack trips and packing in hunting camps





Management agreement would be available after a full summer season worked to ensure a good fit for everyone moving forward.
