Description:
A progressive, family-owned Wyoming ranch with over 100 years of history is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team member to join our ranching operation.



What You’ll Do:

• Cattle health and low-stress handling

• Calving, tagging, pairing out

• Fencing

• Rotational grazing

• Equipment operation and maintenance

• Irrigating and haying

• Ranch infrastructure upkeep

• General ranch duties as needed



What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable "cow person" who understands animal behavior and welfare

• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Commitment to regenerative land practices

• Long-term mindset



Important Notes:

• ATV operation only – no horses

• Housing and utilities included

• Competitive wages based on experience
