Hugh is as dependable and gentle as they come this 15.1 gelding is so clutch whether it be sorting pairs early in the morning or dragging calves in the afternoon this guy is so user friendly the whole family can enjoy . Hugh has been used all over the world being a dependable ranch horse he has been used in Montana dragging calves and covering big country all the way down the the Lonestar state doctoring wheat pasture in the fall. This gelding has been in great hands his whole life and is no stranger to a hard days work.



One of the best things about Hugh is he takes time off with ease as well no matter if you leave him off 1 day or 1 year he has no foolishness or tricks tack him up and he is ready to go ! With all of Hugh’s ranch work experience Hugh would make a great Ranch Versitlity show horse or excell in the box drive classes as well . Hugh has the mind of an old gentle sole and takes hardly any preparation !



Hugh has a great one handed neck rein, catches both leads, and has a great stop. He is so user friendly my 4 year old boy has been helping us prowling cattle on him in the evenings. When our daughter gets home from school Hugh causally gets to make his way around the barrels and the poles and we cannot forget the flag race! Honestly this is a great gelding for the whole family dad can use him on the ranch mom can take him to the horse show, and the kids can take him to the rodeos this is the one horse that will fit anyone!
