Hello my name is Lee Davis. I am looking to lease some pasture for myself and potentially my hired hand. We are two young families looking to expand in the cattle business. I have leased land all over Southeast Colorado (including mountain country) over the last 15 years and could provide multiple references. We have several that are long-term leases up until they sold the property. We have run both cow/calf and replacements and would be interested in pasture that could handle either.
