Description:
Wade saddle made by Ricotti Saddle Co, artist Oscar Delgado. This is a high end saddle made with premium materials and craftsmanship. Ricotti Saddle Company is a premier shop in Clements, CA and Oscar Delgado a world class leather craftsman and master saddlemaker. Oscar worked at Ricotti and is now at Capriola’s in Elko, NV.



The saddle hasn’t seen much use and is in excellent condition. Some of the features include:

• Partial floral tooling and carlos border stamp

• Solid Sterling Silver conchos. Possibly Schaezlein silver, or comparable.

• Tooled tapaderos

• Rawhide covered pommel

• Twisted and turned stirrups

• Padded seat



It weighs about 38 lbs. with the tapaderos on, and could be lightened up, should one desire, with regular stirrups. Skirt length measures about 28". I’d call the seat about 16 ˝” (see photo). There’s also a photo with a measuring stick across the front to get an idea of the gullet, but I’d say it fits horses of average, stock horse build.
