Taz is a 6-year-old gelding by I’m Countin Checks that has been used extensively as a cutting horse and truly knows how to watch a cow. He has a lot of natural cow sense, reads cattle well, and stays honest and correct in his work. This gelding is soft, gentle, and athletic, with a great mind and plenty of try.



Taz is progressing nicely in the roping and is getting solid to rope on. With his ability to get across the pen, stay squared up, and hold a cow, he has all the tools to make a very good heel horse or calf horse. He’s quick-footed, and handles pressure well.



A talented, versatile gelding with a proven cow-horse foundation that’s ready to go on in the roping pen or continue his career on cattle. Would also fit someone looking for a quality ranch or performance prospect.
