We produce exceptional grassfed beef through regenerative ranching practices and have expanded to offer distinctive experiences including a wedding venue and horse boarding services. Our mission is to connect health-conscious families with heritage-quality beef while stewarding the land for future generations. Position Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead all external-facing operations for our growing ranch business. This role goes beyond traditional marketing—you’ll be the architect of our brand presence, the voice of our story, and the driver of revenue growth across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate combines creative marketing expertise with operational execution, capable of both crafting compelling content and building systems that scale. Key Responsibilities Brand & Digital Marketing ● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, with emphasis on Instagram and Facebook ● Website operations, content updates, and e-commerce optimization ● Create authentic ranch storytelling content that resonates with health-conscious families in the Treasure Valley ● Build and maintain email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales ● Design and implement strategies to increase local brand awareness Sales & Business Development ● Drive direct-to-consumer beef sales through multiple channels ● Develop promotional campaigns, product bundles, and subscription services ● Coordinate vendor collaborations and community partnerships ● Advise on pricing strategy and seasonal promotions ● Track sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals Event Coordination & Customer Experience ● Plan and execute ranch events including Ranch Open House Day, vendor markets, and more ● Oversee wedding venue marketing and booking operations ● Manage horse boarding service promotion and client acquisition ● Represent the ranch at external events and community gatherings Operations Support ● Develop operational systems, handbooks, and marketing materials for new business lines ● Assist with inventory management systems ● Create and maintain customer relationship management processes ● Collaborate with ranch operations team to ensure brand alignment Brand & Business Development ● Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth. ● Research and brainstorm new revenue stream opportunities for the ranch ● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and ranch capabilities to propose innovative business ventures. ● Present strategic recommendations to management for consideration and implementation.
