We are a seasoned husband‑and‑wife team with deep experience in cow/calf operations, calving support, pasture and grazing management, equipment operation, mechanical repair, and office/administrative support. We bring more than 20 years of hands‑on ranching and agricultural experience, strong communication skills, and a proven reputation for reliability and stewardship.



We are seeking a long‑term ranch position or full‑service property management role where we can contribute to daily operations, livestock care, facility upkeep, and overall ranch success. Comfortable working independently, making daily decisions, and caring for livestock with low‑stress handling practices.



Skills & Experience Include:

Cow/calf herd management



Calving support



Daily livestock monitoring



Pasture & rotational grazing management



Fence & water system maintenance



Tractor, UTV, loader & equipment operation



Mechanical repair, welding & fabrication



Ranch administration, recordkeeping & coordination



Location:

Currently in Phoenix Arizona — willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
