We are not looking for a short stop or trial run. We are prepared to relocate permanently and invest ourselves fully for the long haul. We understand that on a ranch, livestock, land, and equipment represent years of work and personal investment, and we treat an operation with the same care and respect as if it were our own. I’m 38 years old a hands-on, dependable man who believes in stewardship, accountability, and doing things right. I’m confident around cattle and in the saddle, comfortable working livestock, and willing to step in wherever needed. While I don’t claim to know everything, I bring a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and the willingness to learn and grow with the operation. Ranch life doesn’t run on a clock, and neither do I. I grew up around ranch life and horses, from conditioning racehorses to working barrel horses and helping on the family ranch. My background management of employees, horses, cow-calf and farm work, livestock handling, fencing, feeding, calving support, pasture management, irrigation, haying, hauling, tractor, skid steer, road grader, heavy equipment operation, and DOT compliance. I understand the importance of maintenance, animal care, and consistency in protecting both the ranch and its reputation. My wife and I work as a true team. She brings 16 years of business management experience, including bookkeeping, accounting, scheduling, logistics, and daily operations skills that support efficient ranch management and long-term stability. We are a low-maintenance Christian family raising four hardworking boys with strong values and respect for honest work. We have owned and operated a trucking company, which reinforced the importance of reliability, responsibility, and trust. After recent years of how difficult it has become to find dependable employees, we’re looking to step back into what we truly love ranching, farming, and building something meaningful with the right operation. I’ve lived in Idaho for 30 years and held the same job for 20 years, reflecting loyalty, consistency, and follow-through. We are open to relocating for right spot. We are seeking a ranch owner who values commitment, stewardship, and people who plan to stay whether in a caretaker, manager, or hands-on ranch role that fits both our skills and long-term goals.
