Description:
Single male iso seasonal employment on small private ranch, recreational property, vacation and absentee owner properties.

I have spent 26yrs working on upscale ranches in mountain states as maintenance,grounds keeper,handyman and much more,which can be discussed with interested employers.

I have been currently working on 36000 ac montana ranch,but would prefer a smaller property that needs someone to keep building, grounds and equipment neat,clean and organized along with someone around for security for absentee owners.

I have experience in operating most equipment and

have skills in basic carpentry,electric,plumbing,winterization,light mechanical,landscaping,masonry,fenceing and remodeling among others.

*I have a good eye for detail.

*have been trusted with company credit cards for purchasing materials for projects.

*have over seen cleaning contractors and vendor’s

*I like all animals and have pet sat for owners.

*I am neat,clean and like my personal things organized.

I prefer mountain states western or Appalachians (not interested in California).

I would come with small dog and 3yr old lab.
