Summer Bandit, the only thing that this bandit would steal is a kiss!!! Bandit is a 15.1hh, 2016 model registered American Paint Horse, gelding with beautiful markings, he is stout built with muscles upon muscles with that long flowing mane and tail he belongs on the cover of a magazine… Bandit has been a special horse to us since we started him back in 2019 when he was a 3 year old. We knew from the start that he was a special horse! He was so smart, so friendly and easy going, that training was a breeze! Bandit cruised right through our natural horsemanship program where he learned to ride bridleless, learned to lay down and learned how to set. Since those days Bandit has been trail ridden countless miles. He has been camping and ridden in multiple states surrounding Kentucky, also including Pennsylvania and Missouri. Bandit has been ridden by all ages of beginners, all of our kids and he is totally safe and easy going! He has been ridden around the ranch, penned and sorted cattle. He has been hauled to rodeos, carried the flag for the grand entry, penned and sorted the bulls and our girls used him to give pony rides on where kids and adults lined up to take him for a spin! The lights, speakers, crowds… nothing phases him! Bandit is simple and easy to ride, he has a smooth trot, takes his leads in a smooth easy to set lope and will lope nice circles on a draped rein. He neckreins around, has a good stop, sidepasses to open/shut gates and backs with ease. Bandit has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife and is traffic safe. We have ridden him through town, the drive thru and past Wal-Mart as well. Bandit is great on the trails, as he has carried our kids through rocky terrain, across deep water, up/down slopes and across deadfall. He is not spooky and has been around tarps, wind dancers, bull whips and gun fire. In addition to riding western he has been ridden English and has been over the jumps! Bandit holds steady coming into the jumps and lands balanced. Bandit enjoys grooming time with the kids, where he will get scrubbed down, washed off and braided up, he is Mr. Personality! If you need a safe horse that the whole family can enjoy whether that be around the ranch, on the trails, over the jumps or one to just lay down and take a nap with… Bandit is available to ride and see in Mt.
