Description:
125 Bred Heifers at 1000. A moderate, efficient set of bred heifers that fit tough country.

These heifers are built to work, and are expected to mature in the 1,250–1,350 lb range. This group includes 24 Red Angus and 101 Black Angus with some baldys. Heifers were AI bred to Night Owl from the T Heart Ranch. Then exposed to LBW SimXAngus cleanup bulls for 45 days. Last year’s sisters were calved out by the ranch with no intervention required, and everything calved on their own. These heifers will calve April 15 to June 15 on green grass.

They are a good-quality, efficient kind that have been run on hard country at elevation and are built to thrive with minimal input, yet still have the genetic power to wean big calves year after year.

~13 head at 975 AI’d, calving April 15 for $4,100

~11-15 head at 975 calving Apr 25-Jun 1 for $3,800

(11 head, possibly 4 more from a neighbor could be added.)



101 Total Blacks:

~ 9 head at 975 AI’d, calving April 15 for $4,100

~7 head at 975 calving April 25-June 1 for $3,800

~85 head at 1035 calving April 15 for $4000
