46th Annual Range Raised Cattle Sale

FEBRUARY 6TH AT 12:30 MST

BULLS

Elkington Polled Herefords are raised in the high desert east of Idaho Falls and PAP tested at elevation (6,250 ft) after 120 days. These bulls are designed to last, with the durability and heart capacity to work at any elevation. They carry exceptional pigmentation—more than typically seen in the breed—and are backed by a tightly line-bred pedigree. When crossed on Angus or other breeds, they consistently add extra pounds, performance, and longevity.



Our South Devons are another cornerstone of our program. Known for their docile temperament and ease of handling, they offer tremendous volume, sound structure, and excellent PAP scores, all tested at elevation. These cattle are functional, efficient, and built for real-world ranch conditions, while crossing exceptionally well on a wide range of other breeds. All sale bulls offered as coming two years.



COMING 2 YEAR OLD BRED HEIFERS



We are also selling a really nice set of bred Hereford and South Devon heifers. All Hereford heifers have been AI’d to our new herd sires, both sons of New Standard. Following AI, they were pasture bred to a New Standard son known for low birth weight, making them an excellent choice for calving ease and consistency.



Our South Devon heifers are bred to our own Black South Devon bull, EB Easy Calver, selected for calving ease, soundness, and functionality.



All heifers have been preg-checked and are expected to calve in March and April.
