I’m 37 years old and have spent most of my life around agriculture, cattle, and rural operations. I grew up around it, stepped away for a time to build a career in operations management, and now I’m looking to get back to ranch work in a long-term, dependable role.I know how to work.



I’m not afraid of long days, or doing what needs done without being asked. I’ve been around livestock, fencing, equipment, and the day-to-day realities of keeping an operation running. I understand that animals come first and that consistency matters more than talk.



At the same time, I bring experience that goes beyond a typical hired hand. I’ve managed large operations with real responsibility — people, budgets, schedules, maintenance, and problem-solving. I’m used to spotting inefficiencies, preventing small issues from becoming big ones, and keeping things organized and running smooth. I’m the kind of person who fixes problems before they turn into headaches.

I work well on my own or leading others. I don’t need babysitting, and I take ownership of what I’m responsible for. If something breaks, I figure it out.



If something isn’t working, I improve it. If you need someone you can trust with data driven decisions, team building, stock, equipment, and operational efficiency — I take that seriously.

I’m not looking to punch a clock or bounce around. I’m looking for the right ranch and the right fit where I can earn trust, contribute long-term, and be an asset to the operation — whether that’s as a foreman, manager, caretaker, or right-hand man.
