Finley is as pure and honest as you can find. Don’t let his age make you look away, he’s an old wise soul. This young horse truly has not a mean bone in his body. Doesn’t matter rain, shine, crosswinds, pitch black or first thing in the morning, Finley saddles up ready to take care of his rider. We’ve taken Finley to town, he stands and waits for traffic patiently and doesn’t bugger at the crosswalking or any of the big scary stuff that might stop a normal 3 year old in their tracks. Fin crosses water like a champ. Finley is kid approved and grandma SAFE. This horse has NO buck. I don’t think twice letting my kids get on Finley with me or ponying off of another horse. He is riding around mostly one handed, he will side pass to open and shut gates, and will lope a nice circle. I’ve tracked the heel o matic on him. He’s gathered and sorted cattle. Rabbits running underneath him, dogs up his tail, four wheeler driving around, he doesn’t care! You can ride in a pack for an hour out on the trail and turn back by yourself and he won’t hesitate. No matter if you’re 8 or 80 if you’re looking for a confidence booster that you can finish and feel good about, here he is. He LOVES people and all of the attention he can get, he loves to put his head into your chest and will eat you clean out of carrots. If Fin doesn’t sell, I have NO problem keeping this horse around, he’s going to be priceless once he’s finished. He just got a fresh trim 12/9. Never taken a lame step. Blemish free other than some hair missing from being penned with a crabby mare a while back, it’s growing back nicely. PPE are welcome, come on out and meet/ride him, you’ll be sure to love him!
