Requirements: We are looking for someone who enjoys feeding cattle, and cares about the cattle, feed, and equipment, you will be operating a JCB Loader, 6140 and 6145 john deere tractors, a supreme mixer wagon, and a 2006 international truck with a Meyer vertical mixer mounted on it, you have to be able to operate this kind of equipment, without constantly tearing it up to be considered for the job, we have nice equipment and are looking for someone that will take care of it as well as enjoy feeding cattle; this is NOT a horseback job. Someone who is easy to work with and enjoyable to be around. Majority of the time you’ll be in a tractor or feed truck; we expect our employees to take care of their equipment and be responsible for letting us know when maintenance or mechanic work needs scheduled (and keeping your equipment clean). Someone who will respect our equipment and property and treat it as their own. We do not allow smoking.

We always try to have someone rotate a couple days a week, so everyone gets a couple days off each week if needed. Haying season may also include weekends.

Other job requirements (but not limited to): skid steer work, welding, brush hogging, fence work, haying, setting up wheel corral.

Has to be honest, hard-working, and have a good attitude. We’re NOT looking for someone who wastes time talking or holding others up from their job, but someone who can keep themselves busy when working alone or with others. We will check references and require 3 or more references from previous or current jobs, no family references unless you’ve actually worked for them.

Pay will be based on your experience and production.
