Crashin Bandicoot is one of the coolest and best trained horses that has come through out program over the last 20 years! First of all the name says it all, taking me back to my childhood of playing the video game “Crash Bandicoot”, next beauty is only skin deep but this guy has a coat and heart of gold! Crash is a 2017 model, reg AQHA gelding that is sired by the one and only Dual Smart Rey who has produced offspring that have earned over $13 million. His offspring are known for their cow sense, making outstanding cutting, working cow and rope horses. From there we take a look at his dam and she is sired by the famous One Time Pepto who himself is an earner of over $300K in the NRCHA with offspring earning over $23 Million and counting. Crash is bred as good as they come!!! Early on Crash was started in the cutting and knows how to work a cow, he would be an awesome team sorter as well. The last few years he has been used as a ranch horse. He has pasture roped and doctored, he knows how to hold a cow and work a rope. He has also been hauled to jackpots, traveled to the World Series team ropings, won money and is a 100% finished heel horse! He will stand flat footed and quiet in the box, come out correctly and put you in a position to take a shot at the heels. He stops on a dime and backs up quick to get that rope tight. The lights, loud speakers and crowds do not bother him as he keeps his composure in any situation. He stands a stout built 14.2hh, with that golden coat, flowing white mane and tail, soft eye and calm demeanor, Crash will be your best friend as he is easy going and noncomplicated! He rides low headed on a loose rein, lopes perfect circles, takes his leads, spins both ways and side passes. To say the least he has all the moves and maneuvers that a person could dream of. Crash would be an excellent horse to show in the ranch classes! Obviously, Crash knows his way around the cutting/sorting pen and roping arena, but this pretty boy loves to get dirty out on the trails, packing the kids through the mud! Crash will build your confidence levels out on the trails and make a nervous beginner look like a seasoned pro! He has been trail ridden extensively in multiple states… Steep slopes, deep water, deadfall, boggy mud, all sorts of wildlife… nothing phases him, he is not spooky and he is a master on the trails! Crash will take care of his rider in any situation or terrain. Crash is not spooky and is accustomed to tarps, wind dancers, bull whips and gun fire.
