Hello, im a 38 year old single guy from nc(currently at home in Mc). I dont come with any dogs, horses, whiny dependants or crazy girlfriends. Im looking for work from Jan1(possibly sooner) till about april 15. Im attending farrier school on the 20th. I have the money for tools, and a loan lined up, but if i dont find work soon, im gona be cutting into the money ive saved.

Im not looking for anything ultra specific, just general ranch or farm work. Though id like to stay on the east coast or the midwest, id consider going as far as the rocky mountain front. Obviously id need housing included. My expected pay is pretty negotiable.

If youre short handed this winter, or need somebody dependable for a couple of months while you hunt down good permanent help, consider me. I dont have anything to prove, im not looking to come play yellowstone. Im looking to exchange labor for housing and fair pay. I show up on time, which means im early, and i get stuff done. Youll never have to come drag me out of bed. ....i will get out there and fix fence, if that tells you anything.

Ive got experience guiding and packing hunters, herding sheep, riding and fixing fence for a cow calf operation, guideing dude rides, riding for cutting horse trainers, working on a dairy, working in contract poultry houses and all kinds of barn hand jobs. Im mostly a horse guy though.

Ive ran tractors, skid steers, articulating loaders, and hydrobeds. Im not a mechanic or a welder though, sorry. Ive got quite a few years experience with carpentry, mostly feaming and dome roofing. With the exception of a years worth of drudgery washing dishes, ive only done manual labor type jobs, outdoors.

I show up on time, do my job, go back to the house when were done, and mind my own buisness. I dont like drama, and i cant work with other people who constantly need to be validated.
