We both come from strong agriculture backgrounds and are comfortable with long days, all-weather work, and all aspects of livestock handling. We’re ideally looking for an opportunity in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, or Colorado, but we’re open to other locations for the right fit. We will need housing, and we have one dog and four horses that we plan to keep. We can downsize the horses slightly if absolutely necessary, but would prefer not to. If health insurance (even just for Bow) could be included, that would be a major plus. About Me (Bow): • Experienced with cattle and horses • Break colts and shoe horses • Decent at roping and riding outside • Experience operating haying equipment and managing haying operations • Experience calving and working with yearlings • Can pull any trailer and drive manual • Strong work ethic; able to work independently or with a crew • Skilled in fencing, irrigation, ranch maintenance, and day-to-day operations • Mechanically inclined; handy with equipment and vehicle repairs • Welding and general fabrication experience • Capable of leading a team and keeping operations running efficiently • Some experience managing and tuning ranch operations; confident in keeping things organized and ensuring the work gets done right About Kaylie: • Hardworking, reliable, and great with animals • Comfortable helping anywhere on the ranch • Fast learner and takes direction well • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and easy to get along with • Tons of experience in the equine industry • Great with horses and livestock • Confident hauling trailers We’re both motivated, respectful, and looking for a ranch where we can work hard, grow, and be part of a good crew. Long-term stability and housing are important to us, and we hope to find a place where we can contribute to the success of the operation.
