Description:
Looking for a full time farm/ranch hand in Kentucky. We are an 1100 acre, 450 cow-calf pair operation that finishes calves. We also grow hay and corn for silage. Ideal candidate would be reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, quick on their feet, even-tempered, and take instruction gracefully. Must be able to follow directions even if you disagree with those directions. Must have cattle handling experience using LOW STRESS techniques. Must be able to use standard farm equipment. We are an ATV (not horse) operation. Mechanical experience a plus. Mainly looking for someone that can feed, check cattle, and do fencing but also be able to work in hay production, corn planting/silage harvesting, and bushhogging. Updated furnished housing available and most utilities, including internet, included. Averages 40-50 hours a week (will fluctuate depending on time of year).



Pays weekly with one week delay. Pay depending on experience.
