Description:
We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable ranch professional to join our family’s yearling operation in lead level role. This position is ideal for someone who understands cattle, takes pride in their work, and can lead day-to-day operations while working closely under ranch ownership.



Primary Responsibilities:



Doctoring yearlings



Feeding livestock



Fencing and repairs



Irrigation management



Hay production



Overseeing daily ranch operations



Coordinating tasks and keeping work on schedule





What We’re Looking For:



Strong cattle experience and solid riding skills



Ability to operate modern equipment



Someone who works well under direction and communicates clearly



A reliable, steady individual who supports ranch leadership and maintains consistency in operations



Coachable, hard-working, and able to take initiative



Organized and capable of managing priorities throughout the season
