Location: Arapaho, OK | Industry: Stocker Cattle & Farming Operation | Full-Time | $50,000–$55,000+ DOE Total Compensation + Bonuses and Raises for Performance



We’re hiring a dependable ranch hand to join a long-standing stocker and farming operation near Arapaho, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work, values honesty, and wants to grow with a family-oriented team.



Key Responsibilities



- Operate and maintain farm machinery for daily fieldwork and seasonal projects.

- Help with haying—cutting, raking, baling, and hauling.

- Assist with wheat planting and tillage.

- Perform basic maintenance and repairs.

- Feed and care for cattle on wheat pasture; monitor health and performance.

- Doctor and handle cattle as needed.

- Check cattle and pastures using ATVs or side-by-sides.

- Mix and deliver feed during shipping seasons.

- Repair and maintain fences, corrals, and water systems.

- Keep work areas clean and organized year-round.



What We’re Looking For



- Experience in ranch and farm work.

- Skilled in daily operation of farm machinery

- Basic mechanical ability and attention to detail.

- Honest, dependable, and organized.

- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.

- Valid driver’s license; drug-free and safety-conscious.

- Cattle experience preferred but not required.



Additional Details



- Pay: Hourly, structured to reach $50,000–$55,000+ total annual compensation.

- Hours: Average 45 hrs/week (seasonal variation 30–60 hrs).

- PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation; holidays rotated.

- Housing: Temporary rental or housing stipend until on-ranch home opens (12–18 months).

- Health: Not provided; employee obtains independently.
