Description:
North central Colorado cow/calf operation is looking for a full-time ranch hand. This is a hands-on position on a working ranch.



JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Daily care of cow/calf pairs

• Calving cows and heifers; tagging, assisting births, and monitoring pairs

• Fencing, feeding, and checking water

• Operating and maintaining tractors, ATVs, and ranch equipment

• Managing pivot irrigation and setting/checking flood irrigation

• Seasonal hay work

• General ranch repairs and upkeep



REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with cattle, especially calving heifers and cows

• Basic horsemanship (own horse a plus, not required)

• Ability to operate tractors and irrigation systems

• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently

• Must be able to handle physical work and all weather conditions
