Blueboy is a handsome 12-year-old, 14.2hh paint gelding with two striking blue eyes and an easygoing, willing personality. He is a joy to be around and very simple to handle, making him a pleasant and reliable partner for a variety of riders. Blueboy has extensive experience on trails, roads, and in the arena. He excels on the trail and genuinely enjoys going on adventures. He travels confidently through steep, narrow terrain and moves with surefooted ease. He will lead the group without hesitation, ride calmly and consistently in the back, or go out alone with no issues. He is not buddy or barn sour and remains steady regardless of the situation. He also loves the water and will cross anything placed in front of him. Under saddle, Blueboy has a natural low headset and is very easy to direct. He neck reins, responds well to leg cues, has a dependable stop, and catches both leads easily in the arena. He is soft, responsive, and comfortable to ride. Blueboy is also good with time off and does not get fresh when brought back into work. He loads and hauls well and gets along nicely with other horses. With his temperament, trail experience, and solid training, Blueboy would make an excellent horse for trail competitions or for anyone looking for a trustworthy, enjoyable partner both in and out of the arena.
