This guy has done it all on the ranch from chasing one through thick brush to doctoring cattle, sorting pairs, and loading trucks. He’s quick-footed, cowy, and holds the rope tight every time. On the trails he will cross logs and water with ease and is not startled by wildlife. When it’s time to head to town, Ottis is just as dependable in the show pen. He has been successfully shown by an experienced youth rider. He’s finished and proven in ranch riding, ranch trail, reining, ranch pleasure and boxing.He’s got a collected lope, eye-catching extended trot, and a presence that gets noticed. Good lead changes, spins and a deep stop. He can be a little standoffish when going to catch him. Otis does not require maintenance and has been exceptionally well cared for. He is great for the farrier, loads and hauls like a gentleman, ties quietly and doesn’t get buddy or barn sour.
