Description:
Little Jennie Ranch is a working cattle ranch and outfitting operation dedicated to preserving Western traditions and stewardship. Our team operates with shared values of safety, integrity, commitment, good stockmanship, being a good neighbor, and environmental stewardship.

We are looking for a snowmobile guide for the 2025-26 winter season.

We offer guided half day and full day trail rides as well as off-trail experiences. We are not a guest ranch, but instead an adventure activities outfitting business open to the public for day to day booking.



Snowmobile experience is required for this position as you will be responsible for the guest’s safety and ensuring that they have a great experience, while maintaining professionalism and ability to troubleshoot the snowmachines.

Guiding experience is major plus, however, we are willing to train.

Guest safety is of utmost importance to us and is a major part of the position.

This position requires lifting of equipment, digging of snow, working in cold, snowy, and windy conditions.

You must be willing to work closely with others and perform duties that may not be listed here. Must be able to follow instruction and complete tasks assigned.



Notes:

Housing is provided free of charge as well as paper goods and cleaning supplies, bed linens, pillows and necessary furniture. Housing is a private room in a newly built bunkhouse with a kitchen and common area and bathrooms shared by all occupants. There is also free beef provided through the Little Jennie Ranch employee beef program. Some meals and foods provided as well.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and guides also receive tips. There is end-of-season bonus, amount is based on performance and completion of season. There is a probability of guiding work into the 2026 spring/summer season for the right person. We guide horseback rides in the summer as well as have a backcountry camp extended stay experience.
