Breeze is a 12 year old, stout, and stocky mare standing 14.2 hands high. She’s built right, with thick bone and solid feet. This mare has truly been everywhere, from busy city streets to rugged mountain terrain, and she takes every new challenge in stride. Breeze goes anywhere you point her without hesitation and is completely comfortable around cars, pedestrians, bicyclists, and all sorts of wildlife. She’s carried everyone from beginners to advanced riders and even grandma out for a relaxing ride. No matter who’s in the saddle, Breeze takes care of her rider. In the arena, she’s just as enjoyable. Breeze moves in soft, pretty circles, carries her head low and collected, and has a great stop and reverse. She’s respectful of leg and seat cues, turns nicely, and neck reins light enough to steer with a pinky. Her kind, willing attitude makes her an easy horse for just about anyone to get along with. Breeze has also been used out on the ranch and has been roped off of. She loves working cows and shows real potential in team roping. She’s level-headed, all business, and has zero buck. You can carry a flag, drag a tarp, or toss a ball — nothing fazes her. She is not a marish mare and gets a long well with all other horses. She has been in a herd or stalled up alone.
