(open to all western states) Responsible and reliable Ranch Manager who is a self starter who is honest with integrity and a standard of morals as well as professionalism, yet very down to earth seeking the right outfit that is seeking someone you can trust and rely on. I can bring a wealth of knowledge, integrity and respect and am always willing to learn new things as I believe we can never learn it all! I have worked my way with The philosophy that at times you may wear many different hats having been in the role as a Manager or Foreman as well as Lead Man/Cowboy you understand each role respectfully and that each role plays a large part on any Ranch. I have detailed experience in handling all Livestock and equine, running large to small cattle operations and can Manage a string/remuda of horses as well. Including buying and sales of all livestock and or equine if need be. Have vast knowledge and experience with the with the (RWCH) Reigned Working Cow Horse and have been an AQHA Judge in Ranch competitions. Can Manage day to day operations which may include running a small or large crew or can work singular, am experienced with the hiring of new hands if need be and understand the application process as well as the hiring of H2A workers also if need be along with the hiring and application process (if needed) Have all around experience in the industry with large or small outfits. My scope is vast which entails administering of vet drugs and doctoring along with ordering Ranch and Vet supplies, can manage a budget and keep books and all that applies etc.. Familiar with most farming and can operate most all equipment as well. Can Manage a Ranch your way or I can advise you on alternative ways or ways to be more profitable and time saving or can Manage the Ranch for you. *Proven record with results!
