Cochise County. 1 hr from Tucson and 30 min from Tombstone



We are hiring for ranch maintenance, horse, cattle and dog care. There are 2 open positions. Can be single hire or couple hire. You do NOT need to break colts or ride broncs.

We are looking for people who can use tractors, skid steer, maintain equipment, simple fencing, care for livestock, pickup hay, go on runs for feed… ranch stuff. We also need someone with exceptional knowledge in caring for horses. You will need to be a strong rider who can build strength and condition horses. We need cattle care and the capability to doctor and move cattle on a small scale.

This is a small operation. We can take 2 people with skill sets that complement each other. You will be expected to work 8-9 hrs/day for 5 days a week.



Qualities required:

· Work well with others.

· Take responsibility for the ranch.

· Treat animals kindly.

· Tolerate lots of dogs.

· Communicate well.

· And of course, honesty and reliability



Skills we are looking for:

· strong riders

· veterinary care familiarity

· handling cattle

· handling dogs

· ranch maintenance

· operate skid steer/tractors/trailer



What you will get:

· Onsite accommodation with private fenced in area.

· Pay – Depends on experience $500-$700/wk

· Ranch truck to use

· Room for up to 2 horses and well behaved dogs
